Systemz Life 365

We build tools for the parts of life that matter most.Your finances. Your daily rhythm. Your story. Most software is built around what it can learn about you. We build around what you need from it. Every decision we make starts with the same question: does this serve the person using it, or does it serve us?We are building a suite of applications for people who want to live with intention, why? Because we want to live with intention. If we're able to make something of value, we're glad for it.Planner helps you move through your days with purpose. Not where it went, but where it is going and what you can do with it.Both are coming soon to the App Store.

Systemz Planner and Systemz Budget · Effective October 13, 2026
Systemz Life 365 LLC does not collect your personal information. What you enter in Systemz Planner or Systemz Budget stays on your devices and in your own iCloud account. We cannot see it, and we have no servers that receive it.Who we are
Systemz Life 365 LLC, 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
Nothing. We have no accounts, no sign in, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no data brokers. We do not build a profile of you, and no one at Systemz can read what you enter.
Where your information is kept
On your device: everything you enter is stored in the app on the device you use.
In your iCloud account, if you use iCloud: the apps sync through Apple's iCloud to your other devices signed in to the same Apple Account. This data sits in your private iCloud storage, which Apple protects and we cannot access. Turn iCloud off for an app in your device settings to keep its data on that device only.
Between the two apps, on your device: when both apps are installed, they share a small amount of information on your device so features work together, such as linking a goal in Planner to savings in Budget, or matching your chosen app icon colour. This never leaves your device except through your own iCloud.
Permissions the apps may ask for
Each is optional. The app asks first, and you can change your answer at any time in your device settings.
Calendars (Planner): showing your events in Today's Schedule, and creating or editing events when you plan an hour.
Calendars (Budget): adding your tax filing deadlines to your calendar. Budget never reads or changes other events.
Reminders (Planner): creating a Reminders entry for each Connection check in you set.
Contacts (Planner): saving a Connection as a new contact, when you choose to.
Camera (both): scanning receipts in Budget; taking a photo for a Connection or entry in Planner.
Health, read only (Planner): reading sleep, steps and active energy to show your Active Hours pattern and suggest a wake time.
Notifications (both): letting you know something you shared into the app is waiting.
Face ID, Touch ID or Optic ID (both): unlocking the app and confirming it's you when you reset its passcode.
Receipt text is read on your device. Photos and files come in through Apple's own pickers, which share only the items you choose, so neither app has access to your photo library. Choosing a person with Apple's contact picker shares only the person you pick.Health: Planner only reads Health data, never writes it. That data, and the Active Hours pattern and wake log worked out from it, stay on your device, are never used for advertising, and are never shared with us or anyone else. If you accept a suggested wake time, it becomes your own wake time setting and syncs like your other settings.Your calendars, reminders and contacts: events, reminders and contacts the apps create go into your own accounts on the device. Your device then syncs them with whichever service holds that account, such as iCloud, Google or Exchange.Files you export or share
Backups, reports, packets and spreadsheets are created on your device and go only where you send them. Once you share a file, the place you send it handles it under its own terms.
Links you share into Planner
When you share a web link into Planner and open it from the share inbox, Planner fetches that one page to read its title and details, then discards the page. It sends no cookies and keeps no copy. The website sees an ordinary request from your device. Apart from this, neither app fetches anything from the internet on its own; syncing goes only through your own iCloud.
Purchases
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We do not receive your name, email or payment details. The app checks your subscription on your device using Apple's records.
Diagnostics
If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may share anonymous crash reports and usage statistics with us. These do not include what you enter in the apps.
Children
The apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Your choices and rights
Because we hold no information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. You control your data directly: edit or delete it in the app, export it as a backup, turn off iCloud sync, or delete the app. Deleting an app removes its data from that device; data in iCloud can be removed in your Apple Account settings.
Our website
systemzlife365.com is hosted by a third party, which may keep standard server logs. If you email us or use the contact form on our website, we use your name, email and message only to reply.
Changes
If a future version handles information differently, we will update this policy before that version is released, change the effective date, and describe the change in the app's release notes.
